My wife and I started off feeling intimidated and stressed by the competitive market, but sitting down for coffee with Kim and Alissa put us at ease right away. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and great listeners, we could tell they were genuinely invested in getting us what we wanted, which felt great. Once we earnestly started looking, they were responsive to all of our questions and it really felt like talking to two old friends that just happened to be our agents. The only downside is you'll miss talking to them as often as you did once they find you your house!

We gave Alissa a tall order during a strange time (pandemic) and in a competitive area where inventory was limited. Alissa stuck with us through it all! She provided sound advice and understood what our wants and needs were. She had our best interests at heart always and reasoned with us with a level head. She was available at the drop of a dime and always willing to talk. On top of that, Alissa is just an exceptionally nice person and enjoyable to be around. We ended up finding the one and we hope to cheers champagne with her there soon!

Alissa was highly communicative and always went the extra mile to close the loop. She "had a guy" for everything and managed the logistics, which was incredibly helpful for all of the last-minute action items that materialized throughout closing. We were her first VA loan; she went out of her way to work closely with our lender to navigate the nuances and keep our expedited closing on track.
